Research Interests
I have mutated a novel C. elegans gene that depends upon N-glycosylation to function properly.
My immediate goal is to identify the molecular defect and understand its role in C. elegans development.
Ultimately, I aim to determine whether this is a gene that controls the severity of human CDG-I disease.
