GlySpyCLI is a tool developed to assist in the assigning of topologies to permethylated glycans. It is a command-line interface (CLI) utility that runs under Microsoft Windows. GlySpyCLI contains a suite of related commands, the most important and useful of which are based on the Oligosaccharide Subtree Constraint Algorithm (OSCAR).
